Hi,
I have a John Deere 160 (160TRACTOR-38) built sometime in the late
70’s or early 80’s. Could you please tell me where I could find an
owner’s manual? I would appreciate it.
Thanks Mike
Hi Mike,
Your best bet is to order one from the John Deere Bookstore. John Deere doesn’t release any of their manuals out as public domain documents, so its illegal for people to distribute them freely on the web. My wife ordered me mine from the JD bookstore as a birthday present. The publication number for it was OMM75874. You can EITHER enter that as a search on the JD Bookstore site (https://techpubs.deere.com/products/ProductSearch.aspx?o=type&type=om) or you can google it and see what comes up. Hope this helps!
